Biography
Writer of Fantasy and other strange stories.
- I write under the pseudonym BeaDragonia, my name is Bea Hatcher. I live in SW Missouri, Where I sit in the dark like a dragon hoarding stories in my mind, until I finally burst out with a long flame to create them for others to read. I never leave my cozy cave, to venture into the light of day. As a child, every report card said, “Bea talks too much”. Now instead of talking, I type. Turning all those words to fantasy, where anything is possible.
- I have raised a large family, secured various pieces of paper saying I am educated in many fields. Driven a Semi truck across the lower 48 states, (sans the state of Maine), in the United States, with my husband Carl, of nearly 29 years.
- I am now writing stories, something that I have actually done my entire life. To either tell them, or write them. My children are grown, most of my grandchildren are also, I am now watching my great grandchildren grow up via video, as the youngest one is not in the state.
- I love coffee, and my cats. Queen Midna, a beautiful black American short hair, with green eyes, often comes to bump my elbow and tell me I need a break, to pet her of course.
- I should have taught her to use those talking buttons. Because honestly, I do not speak Cat-o-nese. Her partner in crime, Link, is an orange tabby. (I take a daily allergy pill to live with him.) He also has green eyes, and one scraggly dagger of a tooth that hangs below his bottom jaw.
- And if you couldn't tell, my favorite color is Purple!
